Why Attend the Serra Leadership Rally?
The Serra Leadership Rally is an opportunity for new and seasoned Serrans to gather for practical training, spiritual renewal, and meaningful conversation with others who share the mission of Serra.
Club leaders will have the chance to learn from their peers, exchange ideas, and explore new ways to strengthen their clubs, advance Serra’s mission, and support vocations in their local communities. Sessions will focus on leadership, membership growth, recruitment, retention, and practical tools that can help Serra Clubs continue forming joyful, committed members for years to come.

January is a beautiful time to visit the Phoenix area. Attendees can generally expect mild desert weather, with average daytime highs in the mid-60s and cooler evenings in the mid-40s. We recommend packing layers for early mornings, evenings, and time spent outdoors on the Franciscan Renewal Center grounds.
